EGR no-questions-asked policy lasts 30 days if the products are returned unused and in original packaging. If after 30 days a return is requested, please contact EGR Customer Care for determination of eligibility.
All returns must be unused and in original packaging.
To complete your return, we require return authorization including your receipt or proof of purchase. Return authorization can be obtained by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All EGR return requests must go through original point-of-purchase store or third-party seller.
You (the customer) will be responsible for the costs of shipping product to EGR for purchases made directly from our website. If you purchased the product through a third-party seller such as Amazon, eBay or other eCommerce site, you the customer must abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the third-party reseller.
Warranty Claims and Return Requests outside the continental United States are null and void for purchases made directly from our website and third-party resellers. Due to the extreme shipping cost and additional expenses, no warranties can be granted. Canadian customers must contact the place of purchase and work through the retailer to apply for an RGA.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by EGR, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or need a replacement part, please contact us at email@example.com
