Fender Flare In-Channel Window Visor Promotion

The EGR Fender Flare Mail-In Rebate program will be offered to retail consumers who purchase 1 (one)
4pc set of select EGR Fender Flares within the United States and Canada from October 4, 2011 thru
January 31, 2012. (1) To claim their mail-in rebate, consumers must complete and submit a rebate
application form (available from participating EGR dealers and/or downloadable from our website:
www.egrusa.com) along with the original sales invoice and the product barcode located on the side of
the box. The invoice must include the name of the retailer, date of purchase, description of product(s)
purchased and method of payment. Any rebate applications that do not have all of the required
information will not be processed. Consumers must reside within the United States or Canada and must
purchase their fender flares from an authorized EGR dealer located within the United States or Canada.
The consumer must mail all information, including the Rebate Application form and original purchase
invoice, to the address provided. All Rebate Applications must be postmarked on or before January 
31st 2012 .Only one mail-in rebate associated with the purchase of four (4) fender flares per individual
retail consumer will be allowed. Any and all claims that do not meet these submission requirements will
be rejected. Not valid with any other offers. Rebate product may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

1. Purchase a set of qualifying Fender Flares (4 piece set) from an authorized EGR USA retailer
between October 4, 2011 and January 31, 2012.

3. Fill out your information on the Rebate Form.

4. Send your original receipt, original barcode on box and this copy of rebate from completely filled out.
